Solplanet Ai-HB G2 Pro Controller High Voltage Battery Controller

The Solplanet Ai-HB G2 Pro Controller is the intelligent control unit developed specifically for the Solplanet Ai-HB G2 Pro high-voltage battery system. It serves as the central Battery Management System (BMS), continuously monitoring battery operation, optimizing charging and discharging cycles, balancing battery modules, and ensuring maximum efficiency, safety and service life. Designed for seamless integration with Solplanet hybrid inverters, the controller enables real-time communication between the inverter and battery system, delivering reliable energy storage performance for residential and commercial solar PV installations.

Supporting 75A, 100A, 125A, 150A and 200A controller variants, the Ai-HB G2 Pro Controller can manage battery systems consisting of up to 8 battery modules per stack, while allowing up to 4 battery towers to operate in parallel, creating a total storage capacity of 81.92kWh. This modular architecture enables installers to easily scale energy storage systems according to changing household or business energy demands without replacing the existing installation.

The controller integrates an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously analyses voltage, temperature, charging current and battery health. Intelligent cell balancing and optimized charge/discharge management allow the battery system to achieve up to 8000 life cycles, 95% usable energy (Depth of Discharge) and charging/discharging rates of up to 1C, ensuring maximum energy utilization and long-term reliability. Built-in diagnostics continuously communicate with the inverter, providing real-time monitoring, fault detection and remote system management.

Safety is a core element of the Ai-HB G2 Pro Controller. The system complies with stringent VDE certification requirements, incorporates LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology, advanced electronic protection and an integrated emergency fire suppression module. The IP65 enclosure allows installation both indoors and outdoors while protecting against dust and water ingress.
