Solplanet ASW5120S-HB-E (V2) Slave Battery Module High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery

The Solplanet ASW5120S-HB-E (V2) Slave Battery Module is the expansion battery module designed exclusively for the Solplanet Ai-HB G2-E High Voltage Energy Storage System. Working together with the ASW5120M-HB-E Master Module, it enables flexible expansion of battery capacity while maintaining outstanding safety, efficiency and long-term reliability. Built with premium LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cells, the Slave Module is ideal for residential and light commercial photovoltaic installations where scalable energy storage and dependable backup power are essential.

Each Slave Module provides 5.12kWh nominal energy and 50Ah capacity, allowing battery towers to be expanded from a single 5.12kWh Master Module up to 20.48kWh using one Master and three Slave Modules. For larger projects, the system supports up to eight complete battery towers connected in parallel, creating a total storage capacity of 163.84kWh. This modular architecture enables homeowners and installers to increase storage capacity at any time without replacing existing equipment.

The ASW5120S-HB-E communicates continuously with the Master Module through CAN Bus, allowing the intelligent Battery Management System to perform real-time monitoring, cell balancing, temperature control and protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short circuits. The system delivers ≥95% round-trip efficiency, supports 90% usable depth of discharge, and provides more than 6000 charge/discharge cycles, ensuring excellent long-term energy storage performance and low maintenance requirements.

Designed for indoor floor-mounted installation, the Slave Module features an IP20-rated enclosure, natural convection cooling and a robust stackable construction with plug-and-play electrical connections for fast installation. Fully certified to IEC 62619, IEC 62477, EN 61000 and UN38.3, the Solplanet ASW5120S-HB-E (V2) offers a professional, scalable and future-ready battery expansion solution for modern hybrid solar systems, energy storage projects and complete solar kits.
