Solplanet ASW5120M-HB-E (V2) Master Module High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery

The Solplanet ASW5120M-HB-E (V2) Master Module is the intelligent master battery module of the Solplanet Ai-HB G2-E High Voltage Energy Storage System, specifically engineered for residential and light commercial solar energy storage applications. Combining advanced LiFePO4 battery technology, an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and intelligent cell-level monitoring, the Master Module ensures safe, efficient and reliable operation while maximizing battery lifespan and energy performance. Designed for seamless integration with Solplanet hybrid inverters, it delivers real-time communication, intelligent diagnostics and optimized energy management for modern photovoltaic systems.

The ASW5120M-HB-E forms the foundation of every Ai-HB G2-E battery tower, providing 5.12kWh nominal energy, 50Ah rated capacity, 102.4V nominal voltage and up to 50A maximum charge and discharge current. Additional ASW5120S-HB-E Slave Modules can be stacked to create systems ranging from 5.12kWh to 20.48kWh per tower, while supporting up to eight battery towers connected in parallel, allowing a total storage capacity of 163.84kWh. This highly scalable architecture enables installers to expand battery capacity as future energy requirements increase without replacing the original installation.

The intelligent Battery Management System continuously supervises every battery cell, optimizing charging and discharging cycles while protecting the system against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short circuits. The battery delivers ≥95% round-trip efficiency, supports daily cycling with over 6000 life cycles, and communicates with compatible Solplanet hybrid inverters through CAN Bus for real-time monitoring using the Solplanet App. The integrated emergency fire suppression module further increases operational safety, making the system suitable for demanding residential and commercial energy storage projects.

Designed exclusively for indoor floor-mounted installation, the Master Module features a robust anti-tip housing with IP20 protection, natural convection cooling and modular plug-and-play electrical connections that simplify installation and maintenance. Certified according to IEC 62619, IEC 62477, EN 61000 and UN38.3, the Solplanet ASW5120M-HB-E (V2) Master Module provides a safe, scalable and future-ready energy storage solution for solar installers, EPC companies, solar wholesalers and complete solar PV systems across Europe.
