Solplanet APH 5.0 High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery Module 5.12kWh | AP-H Series

The Solplanet APH 5.0 is the modular battery unit used within the Solplanet AP-H high-voltage energy storage system. Each APH 5.0 module contributes approximately 5.12kWh of nominal energy, allowing professional installers to build scalable battery towers according to the requirements of residential and commercial solar PV installations.

The AP-H platform is based on durable LiFePO4 battery technology, combining high safety, long cycle life and stable daily operation. Solplanet specifies 6,000 cycles for the AP-H system under defined test conditions, together with a round-trip efficiency of at least 95%. The system is designed for applications where reliable solar battery storage, self-consumption optimisation and long-term energy management are required.

The APH 5.0 module forms part of a stackable battery architecture. Solplanet officially lists complete AP-H systems from 2 modules / 10.24kWh up to 10 modules / 51.2kWh per tower. Up to 4 towers can be connected in parallel, enabling a total system capacity of up to 204.8kWh where the complete system configuration supports it.

The AP-H series supports a recommended and maximum charge/discharge current of 50A / 50A. Depending on the number of installed modules, the system operating voltage and available charge/discharge power increase accordingly. This makes the platform highly flexible for system sizing and future battery expansion.

For installation flexibility, AP-H systems feature IP65 protection and are designed for indoor or outdoor installation. Natural convection cooling eliminates the need for active fans, while CAN communication provides integration with compatible Solplanet hybrid inverters and system controls. The complete AP-H platform also includes an integrated emergency fire suppression module and intelligent battery management for enhanced operational safety.

The Solplanet APH 5.0 battery module is therefore ideal as an additional or replacement module within a compatible AP-H energy storage system. It is especially suitable for solar installers, EPC contractors and system integrators looking for a modular high-voltage solar battery solution that can be expanded as future energy requirements grow.

Compatibility note: AP-H is listed as compatible with selected Solplanet ASW H-T2, H-T3, H-T2-DG, H-T3-DG and ASW015/020/025/030K-TH hybrid inverter series in the July 2026 compatibility list.
